Holy cow it’s almost here! I love the holidays … it’s a time for friends, family, fireplaces, Père Noël, cookies, extra cooking, extra cleaning, shopping for groceries, shopping for presents – wow, I just made myself tired.

One of my favorite parts of the holidays is my long-standing Christmas Eve tradition with my husband, daughter, and son-in-law, having a sumptuous dinner of crab legs, artichokes, and champagne, followed by watching zombie movies. Not terribly French. Or Christmas-sy. But c’est la vie.
