My daughter came knocking on my door at six in the morning. “Hi Mom, this is Charlie,” she said as she introduced the scruffy little pup on a make-shift leash.

“Why would I want to be French?” is the question I occasionally am asked when I tell people I write a blog that teaches American women how to become French.

A Hopeless Romantic is defined as someone who has romantic ideas about life. They tend to be thoughtful dreamers who see love and romance everywhere and envision an idealistic life.
